PETRONAS Iona is at the forefront of innovation, driving the world towards a zero-carbon future by enabling even more customers and businesses to enhance their efficiency. Through solutions developed in partnership with key industries, PETRONAS Iona is actively contributing to overcoming global energy challenges as we aspire to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
PETRONAS Iona has been developed with partners who know their industries better than anyone, allowing our experts to apply the benefits of thermally intelligent fluids that are already making such a big difference in the EV market to wider sectors that need them most.

Our Range of e-Fluids
PETRONAS Iona fluids are carefully formulated using selected technologies and high-quality base oils, meeting OEM technical requirements, and delivering exceptional performance for electric mobility.

e-Transmission Fluids
PETRONAS Integra e-Transmission fluids have been developed to cover a range of applications from lubricating to optimization of performance. Integra has also been designed for specialist Electric Drive Unit (EDU) applications. We carefully formulate the fluids to meet OEM and customer technical requirements using high-quality base oils. We pay particular attention to providing excellent wear and corrosion protection, but also optimizing energy efficiency through enhanced friction reduction and heat dissipation.

e-Cooling Fluids
PETRONAS Thermal e-Cooling fluids have been developed to cover the thermal management requirements of batteries, power electronics and indirectly cooled electric motors in EDUs/e-Axles. Water/glycol-based products are formulated to prevent corrosion and deposit formation in the cooling system. For batteries that require direct cooling we have designed high-quality, dielectric fluids with viscometrical and thermal properties matched to the specific application requirements.

e-Greases
PETRONAS Glide e-Greases are based on technologies specifically selected for grease applications in electric vehicles, particularly key components in the driveline system such as constant velocity joints and wheel hub bearings. Greases have an important role to play in reducing the noise, vibrations and harshness experienced by the vehicle’s driver and/or passengers.
